But as with so many other major health issues, some degree of prevention is possible, whether through regular medical exams, a healthy diet and exercise, or through nutritional supplements.<\/p>\n<p>Today we\u2019d like to take a moment to look at one such supplement\u2014<strong>CoQ10<\/strong>. This enzyme is found naturally in the body, in some foods, and can be safely made in a laboratory and used to treat certain medical problems<\/p>\n<p>One of those ways it can be used is in the prevention and treatment of heart disease. In research, it was found that patients with a cardiovascular disease often have a <strong>CoQ10<\/strong> deficiency. By adding <strong>CoQ10<\/strong> to your diet with a supplement, it may help you prevent or reverse a range of different problems, some related to heart health and some not.
